Thainstone Exchange, Thainstone Centre, Inverurie AB51 5XZ
There is PLENTY of free parking, free WiFi and lots of outside hangout space. Bus from Inverurie or from Aberdeen is Stagecoach 10A and it's the Port Elphinstone, Thainstone Agricultural Centre stop between Inverurie and Kintore.

There is no cash machine on site. Sorry. But hopefully free WiFi will make stall payments easier.
On site, the team have organised a food van and ice cream truck. There is a coffee machine in Thainstone that does tea/coffee/hot chocolate. There are also picnic benches!
There's a more detailed FAQ on this however no BB guns, no strung bows, guns must have orange tips. Any issues please ask. There's nowhere to secure any items so you have to be able to carry and there is no air-con - deodorizer and keeping cool in big costumes should be taken into consideration - thanks!
Most of the event is on the ground floor but there is a lift up to a cafe hangout space. Most doors are approx. 6ft for taller cosplays/cosplayers.
There are no areas for belongings to be left in the venue. Sorry.

When taking photos of cosplayers - or anyone - please ask permission before doing so.
A designated chillout space is always available but we cannot guarantee it will be absolutely quiet due to the venue. Ask a member of the I-Con crew if you can't see it.
